I read in this morning's Financial Times that Shaw Industries has won a contract to build a new maximum security 'detention facility', which will be used in part to house terror suspects, including those of 'extra-normal ability'.

I wonder who in the world they could be referring to?

They've already nicknamed it 'The Vault'. I must say, I'm positively charmed.
